We offer a line of Acoustical Punch Press guarding designed to meet O.S.H.A. and EC (European Community) standards for safety. Our Acoustical Enclosures provide the highest level of noise control while maintaining the ability to access, service, and maintain your machine. These sheet metal acoustical enclosures are constructed using a strong tubular frame and acoustical sheet metal panels. We design the requirements for material feeds, part removal, lighting, ventilation, access interlocking, die changes, maintenance, and any special customer requirements from the beginning. The modular "bolt-together" construction makes it very simple for an average maintenance staff to access, service, or even move the enclosure time after time.
Because we custom design and fabricate each project in house, we are able to offer our customers a unique solution to their specific sheet metal and noise control problem. Each product is custom designed and built to fit your special requirements. We also provide non-acoustical enclosures and sheet metal products for a variety of parts such as: paint spray cabinets, I.R. ovens for powder coating, EMI isolation booths, robotic laser enclosures, test cells, tables, racks, etc. We can provide you with any of several special acoustical materials for noise control.
