ArtUSA Acousti-One™
Panels are a versatile product, offering
effective acoustic control in a variety of
applications and environments including: industrial
facilities, multi-purpose rooms and architectural
projects. ArtUSA Acousti-One™ Panels are
attractive and reliable, featuring (NRCs) Noise
Reduction Coefficients ranging from 0.85 to 1.10. The
sculpted surface of each panel deflects and disperses
sound waves, allowing the open cell willtec®
foam to convert sound energy into quiet, kinetic
energy. ArtUSA Industries’ willtec foam
is Class 1 fire-rated according to ASTM E 84 for
flame spread and smoke density. Willtec natural meets
the corner burn test UL 1715. ArtUSA
Acousti-One™ Panels are available in
natural, painted, or Hypalon® coated finishes.
Our exclusive Hypalon formulation protects the foam
from dust and dirt and makes it possible to wipe
panels clean using only a damp cloth. ArtUSA
Acousti-One™ Panels are easy to install on
any wall and/or ceiling surface with AcouSTIC™
water-based adhesive. The Panels can also be used in
conjunction with ArtUSA Acousti-One™
Baffles, which have the same pattern but are
designed to hang from ceilings in large rooms or open
interior spaces.

Make sure both the
panels, and the surface to which the panels are being
applied, are free of dust and dirt.
If adhering to a metal surface, use a
de-greaser.
Apply a line of
adhesive around the perimeter of the panel
approximately 1” from the edge.
Apply a line of
adhesive from opposite corners through the center of
the panel, creating an “X”.
Press panel into place
and hold for 5 seconds. Then pull panel away to allow
adhesive to become tacky. Lastly, press the panel
back into position and hold again for 5
seconds.
Wear clean
cotton/canvas gloves for installation.
Use a sharp razor or
fixed-blade knife and a metal straight edge to cut
panels. For best results, cut panels on flat
side.
Overhead installations
may require additional adhesive and mechanical
support to ensure a strong enough bond.
