Sanitary Baffles reduce the reflection of sound waves by adding soft, porous, open-celled materials to an environment. The Sanitary Baffle is durable, low cost, and virtually rip-proof. The sound absorption core is completely encapsulated in a reinforced Mylar film. The white facing reflects light, which adds to the illumination in a room. Standard size is 4’x 2’ with 2 brass grommets on one four foot side. The Sanitary Baffle is washable, stain resistant, Class A fire rated as well as FDA approved. Typical uses include food processing plants, clean rooms, hospitals, wineries, swimming pools, clean rooms, animal hospitals and institutional kitchens. Stainless steel grommets are available.

ArtUSA Acousti - Baffles are an ideal solution to reverberation and overall noise problems. These versatile baffles can be used in a variety of settings including: auditoriums, gymnasiums, indoor swimming pools, recreation centers and production facilities. ArtUSA Acousti Baffles are made from ArtUSA Industies’ willtec® foam, which is Class 1 fire-rated according to ASTM E 84 for flame spread and smoke density. Willec natural also meets the corner burn test UL 1715. In addition to its high fire safety rating, willtec foam provides excellent sound absorption across all frequencies and helps prevent noise build-up that interferes with speech intelligibility. ArtUSA Acousti Baffles are available in natural, painted or Hypalon® coated finishes. Our Hypalon® formulation protects the foam from dust and dirt and makes it possible to wipe baffles clean using only a damp cloth. ArtUSA Acousti Baffles are equipped with internal straps and grommets for easy installation on ceiling mounted cables or chains.
